Who the businesses are

Who the businesses on Pratoroo are
The businesses on Pratoroo are independent restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, take-aways, grocery shops and butchers selling their own products.
Each business:
- is the seller of your order: it sets the menu, the prices, the delivery fee and the minimum order;
- prepares the order and, when it delivers, delivers it with its own couriers (Pratoroo does not deliver);
- is responsible for quality, food safety and allergen information;
- issues the invoice for the order;
- has its own complaints book.
How we check the businesses
Before a business appears on Pratoroo, our team checks:
- the tax number (NIF) and the name of the company or self-employed person;
- the business documents (for example the commercial registry certificate and articles of association, or an ID document and the declaration of start of activity for self-employed people);
- the partner contract, signed by the person responsible for the business.
The check mark next to the name shows that the business passed this check.
