Pratoroo, a brand of GINGER DIALOGUE - UNIPESSOAL LDA, wants everyone to be able to order food and use our services, including people with disabilities.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549, in line with the European Accessibility Act.

What we do

• Text and background colours are chosen for readable contrast, in both light and dark mode.
• Every page can be used with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus and a "skip to content" link.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; forms have labels; the page structure uses proper headings and landmarks.
• The site works on a phone, a tablet and a computer, and when the text is enlarged to 200%.

Known limitations

Some content comes from the restaurants themselves (menu photos and descriptions) and from maps, which we do not fully control. We check our own pages regularly and fix what we find.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the competent authority in Portugal. In Portugal the body responsible for monitoring the accessibility of digital services is AMA – Agência para a Modernização Administrativa.
