How to delete your Pratoroo account

You can delete your account at any time, for free, in the apps or on the website. Pratoroo is run by GINGER DIALOGUE - UNIPESSOAL LDA.

Customers (Pratoroo app or website)Sign in → Account → "Delete my account" → "Yes, delete". Done at once.
Businesses (Pratoroo Business app or web app)Sign in → Settings → Profile → "Delete account" and confirm with your password. The team finishes it within 30 days, after the last payout and invoices.
Couriers (Pratoroo Driver app or courier web app)Sign in → Account → "Delete my account" → "Yes, delete". The team finishes it within 30 days, after your last payment.

What is deleted and what is keptBy law we keep orders, invoices and payment records (without your name where possible) for up to 10 years. Nothing else is kept.

No longer have access to your account? Write to [email protected] from the account's email address and we delete it within 30 days.
